Bernadette “Bidibidi” Delos Santos is a Bicolana social entrepreneur and advocate for rural women. Based in Baao, Camarines Sur, she founded Bidibidi Enterprise in 2009, a social enterprise that trains and provides livelihood opportunities for rural women and out-of-school youth through handicrafts. Her work includes embroidery, upcycled bags, fashion accessories, home décor, and other locally produced crafts.
